Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while international shipping may take 2-4 weeks.
Do you offer professional assembly for complete skateboards?
Yes! If you purchase all necessary components together, you can select our assembly service at checkout, and our pro shop team will build and grip your board before shipping.
What is your return policy on used skate gear?
We accept returns on unused, un-skated items in their original packaging within 30 days. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped or hardware that shows signs of wear.
Can I track my package once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
