Returns & Exchanges

At TGM Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your unused and un-mounted items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Verify Condition

  Ensure your products are in original, brand-new condition. Skateboard decks must not be gripped or skated, and hardware must be in its original packaging.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items back in their original shipping box or a similar protective container. Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return using a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
